I know... you're thinking... "um... Kim... their pink. Nathan isn't a pink-kind-of boy, like his Uncle Dave" ;-) I know. That's how sure I am that this #2 coming is a girl... Nathan never made me sick. Just dizzy. This one makes me sicker than sick at times :(- It's a girl. Either that, or octuplets. Let's hope for a girl :)
And you're probably also wondering what on earth a diaper cover is.... If you're familiar with the Bum Genius diapers we currently use, you'll know we don't use covers. BGs look like a regular disposable diaper and are sooo easy to put on a wiggily little boy!!
Covers are for other types of diapers... mostly prefolds (what you're momma or grandmother may have used once upon a time). Only they make prefolds easy because there's no need for pins or other complicated things. And prefolds are CHEAP! But these covers will also work great with the giant stash of Little Beetles diapers our friend Lori blessed us with two months ago... around the same time we found out #2 was on it's her way.
So we'll give them a try. Hopefully we'll be as happy with them as we are the BGs. And we'll be thankful for an entire additional 2 days worth of diapers for free! :) Are you convinced? Ready to delve into the world of cloth diapers? You probably need at least one baby first. Hmm... maybe thats a good excuse to go have another baby?!?!?

Congratulations! I never win anything either. :o) I would be thrilled to win some new cloth diapers!
We use BumGenius diapers for our 2-year-old son, and we love them. He is a super heavy wetter, especially at night, and they work great.
I am currently prego with baby #2 also - 25 weeks. This baby made me more sick too, I had nausea until just two weeks ago! So, I naturally thought it was a girl. Nope - another boy. We are super thrilled though!
Sometimes pregnancies can be quite different, even when you are carrying the same gender. But, I hope you have your girl, so you can use your pretty new diapers! :o) Congrats, and enjoy your pregnancy.
