Nathan also was introduced to the "Baby Praise" DVDs we were given. He LOVED it. Books say he should only be able to see about 10 inches from his face right now. I totally disagree - I know he sees me from across the room. I know he saw those animals at Hollywild last weekend. And there's no doubt he was watching the DVD, too. What was great were his giggles. And everytime he giggled at the DVD, there was an animal on the screen! I think we may be raising a little zoo keeper!
He's had a great week. But, unfortunately, he has lost ground in another important area of life. Nighttime sleep. No longer is he sleeping 6 hours at a time. We're back to being lucky to get 3. But at least his days are predictable, the night time will come soon enough (maybe tonight?!?).
On another note, Nathan wore an outfit from his daddy at church today. He wore a little suit that his granny gave us - Jacob wore it when he was little. The tag says its a 12 month outfit, so we'd been waiting to put it on him. I'm glad we didn't wait any longer because its already getting too small!! Although it doesn't look it in these photos, the shirt/vest is too short and so are the shorts. We kept tugging on them all morning to make him look normal. But friends had fun seeing Nathan in the suit from the 70s. He's a cutie! Granny - does he look anything like Jacob did when he wore this outfit?

After church, Nathan took a nap on the couch with his daddy.

Now it is only fair that Nathanael gets to wear one of Kim's baby outfits to church. I will bring one .... maybe he can wear it for his dedication service!!
Have you tried the God Made Me DVD series? They are AWESOME! I started my oldest with them at 7 weeks old, and she still watches them when I pull them out (at 3 1/2 years). My youngest--I think I started her watching them the minute we walked in the door from the hospital!
That's a cute outfit!
Babies must have been smaller in the 70's if thats a 12 month.
