Faith is a whole day old now. And she's doing great eating, sleeping & doing the baby thing! But please pray for her. She had an arrythmia yesterday morning, before she was born. The doctor assured us it was not uncommon and most of the time it goes away after birth. And Faith's did go away. There was no sign of any arrythmia after birth or when the pediatrician saw her this morning (and declared her in perfect health!). But now it's back.
The pediatrician isn't too concerned. He said it is not too uncommon. And all her other vital signs are perfect. Her color is great. She's still eating, peeing & pooping like a pro! But the doctor still ordered an EKG and possibly more tests after that. We're currently waiting in the EKG to happen. So while we wait, I wanted to pass the word to our prayer-warrior friends and have an excuse to share more pictures of our still-perfect little girl!

Nathan met Faith last evening, after his nap time. He was curious at first, but was quickly more interested in other things in the room instead of his sister.

Grampa got to hold his grandaughter before Gramma did! Think she was jealous??? Oh yeah! :)

But Gramma has had plenty of turns, too!

And Nathan has begun to get more curious - especially when he sees her moving around.

Our new little family of four!

Granny & Pa got in from OH in the early evening to meet Faith!

And Nathan still was curious.

Granny & Pa fell in love with Faith, too, just like the rest of us!
We're all thanking and praising God for our beautiful daughter. And thank you for praying with us as the doctors determine what is going on with her heart and what needs to be done about it.
