The cardiologist just read Faith's Echocardiogram & Sonogram of her heart. He is puzzled but pretty sure the skipping & slowing of her heart is benign. There's no pattern to it and all of her other vitals are excellent. The doctors are not terribly concerned, but as they said, "still want to be 200% sure."
Right now, they're getting Faith ready for discharge (yay!) and trying to track down a Holter Monitor for her to go home with and wear for the next 24 hours. The cardiologist will read those results on Monday and then see her again on Tuesday morning.
Until then, all we can do is continue to wait, pray and enjoy our practically perfect little bundle of joy :) No one has given us reason to be concerned - but we're still worried since no one knows what is going on or why. So we thank you for continued prayers for Faith!
