Thanksgiving Weekend

We had a great visit with Gramma & Grampa over thanksgiving weekend!

Gramma couldn't wait for Christmas to give Nathan a toy from her black-friday-deals - a musical doggie that he loves to snuggle with. It's not uncommon for me to hear that doggie playing music first thing in the morning, or after a nap, before Nathan is ready to get up.

Gramma also made sure to give Nathan plenty of pumpkin pie - oh he loves that!

Then there was Grampa's phone and the cool music it plays. He loves that phone!

And Grampa?? He loves little Miss Faith! (And Nathan too!!). Faith enjoyed staring at her Grampa lots and sleeping in his arms lots more over the long weekend.

And she even got some snuggle time in with Gramma to stare at her, too.

Gramma & Grampa, with their grandkids who adore their grandparents!! Saturday, after nap time, Nathan walked around the house looking for them. They had already left for home, and he was missing them.

Trying to take the above photo was a challenge, as you can probably imagine. But I got lots of bloopers:

Yes, we should teach mom NOT to buy toys a month before Christmas. Friday at work I actually saw that toy and had planned on getting it for Nathan for Christmas. LUCKILY I was smart enough to call mom right before I bought it while at the store to find out she bought it.
