Shortly after Ruth turned 5 months old, we introduced her to rice cereal. Don't go drooling now... it's just for Ruth. But, based on her facial expressions, I think she might be willing to share if you really want some :)
Big brother got to have the honors of giving Ruth her first taste!
She wasn't too impressed.
A second bite didn't help.
Then Faith got to feed her baby sister, too.
Still not too impressed... but on the whole, she did well! She didn't fight the spoon in her mouth and I think at least a swallow or two made it down. We're still slowly working on her getting introduced to solids. Before we know it, she'll be feeding herself. She's growing so fast!
Even after an icky meal, little stops our little angel from being happy!
