Riverwalk with Grampa

Saturday night, whiel Gramma was still stuck in the hospital, we took Grampa out to see a little of San Antonio - besides the hotel and the hospital! We went downtown and ate dinner on the Riverwalk. It was too late to see much of the riverwalk, but Grampa got a good taste of it - and a great taste of dinner at a steak house there! Next time he comes, we'll have to take them on a river boat tour!

We waited on the Riverwalk while Jacob found a parking spot. And Nathan put his arm around his sister - too cute! Too bad they wouldn't look at the camera. They were too enthralled by the river and all the people.

After dinner, we drove through town - showed Grampa the Alamo. Then it was time to head home. It was past the kids' bedtimes. And so they passed out in the van on the way home. I just had to capture Nathan... what a funny position! Guess he was tired! He had a busy day playing with Grampa!
